In April 1997 the Building and Grounds Committee agreed to the purchase of lot to build a Drive-thru/Operations Center near the Wal-Mart Shopping Center. November 12, 1997 land was purchased from John R. Irmscher at the corner of Irmscher Boulevard and Holiday Drive. Groundbreaking was held on May 21, 1998.  DEI, Inc. of Cincinnati was the construction manager.  Upon completion of construction the office opened on July 20, 1999.
